Great that you are interested in doing your thesis in our department! **[Here](https://www.biom.uni-freiburg.de/themen.fuer.abschlussarbeiten/computer-based2)** is a list of topics currently offered. Other topics are possible. If you have own ideas for your thesis, we will be happy to check if we can develop a topic together that one of us is able to supervise.
General advice for thesis can be found here[link], including tips about writing and grades. Basic knowledge in R (or another programming language) and interest in expanding R skills is generally a requirement for all thesis supervised by our group.
