After finishing the online application form, applicants can pay the application fee online via credit card. Only **NTD2000** is accepted.

- NTD2,000 for selecting max. three departmetns/institutions, and registered only one application account.
1. By counters
After filling out the online application form, [a set of exclusivd account number (and the amount inquired) will be generated and provided to each individaul applicant](https://admissions.oia.ncku.edu.tw/images/upload/files/account.pdf "file"). Each account number is designated to students is UNIQUE. Please do not share accounts from different semesters. No refund will be given if students use a wrong account. is Applicants can go to any bank or post office to make the payment by wire transfer directly or via ATMs in Taiwan. Please enclose a copy of the transaction receipt through the application system. CASH or CHECKS are not accepted.
- Beneficiary’s Account Number: a set of exclusive account number will be generated by system to each individual applicant
- Beneficiary’s Bank: **E.Sun Commercial Bank, Ltd., Taipei, Taiwan**
- Beneficiary’s Name: **National Cheng Kung University 410**

3. ATM transfer
(1) Please choose an ATM with "Inter‐bank transfer"\
(2) Insert your bank card and enter your PIN\
(3) Press "Transfer" button：non-predesignated account\
(4) Enter E.Sunbank code：808\
(5) Enter "Account Number"：an individual account number will be generated by the system\
(6) Enter "transfer amount"\
(7) Double check all the details, then press "Confirm"button to accomplish transaction, and do not forget to take and upload the receipt with PDF froamt to the system.

The application fee should be remitted to an NCKU designated bank (see below) through your local bank via Telegraphic Transfer (T/T). Please enclose a copy of the transaction receipt through the application system.
Any transaction fees charged by the bank to facilitate the Telegraphic Transfer must be paid by the applicant. CASH or CHECKS are not accepted.

- You need to use a non-predesignated account to make the transfer when transferring money using an ATM machine in Taiwan. Each account number designated to students is UNIQUE. Please do not share accounts.
- After the payment is completed, no refund will be given under any circumstances, including but not limited to the withdrawal of application, failure to meet requirements, mistake in the payment and/or double payment.
- Applications with unpaid application fees will not be processed.
