1. This system is maintained by the Office of International Affairs to provide information regarding NCKU’s partner schools and agreements signed.
2. This system stores information for electronic academic agreements, the original data is retained within the unit.
3. Agreements can be categorized into:
   1. University-level agreements: taken charge by respective primary units.
   2. Non-University-level agreements: taken charge by the respective colleges, departments or centers.
4. Inquiry with previously mentioned units is required (explanation of reason, purpose to access and scope of inquiry has to be stated) prior to obtaining agreement-related documents.
5. Agreements yet to be listed in the system, relevant documents should be submitted to the Office of International Affairs for archival purposes.
