[1. How to enroll as a Mainland Chinese Student (MCS)?](javascript:void(0))
A Mainland Chinese Student (MCS) is a recognized student status that enrolled via [University Entrance Committee of Mainland Chinese Students](http://rusen.stust.edu.tw/cpx/index.html).\
Remarks:\
i. Admission Qualification for Post-Graduates:\
Household Registration shall be in the 8 stated provinces of Mainland China, Beijing, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Fujian, Guangdong, Hubei, Liaoning and the Academic Certification shall enlisted in the [List of Higher Education Recognition in Mainland China](http://rusen.stust.edu.tw/cpx/DM/2017/20160427-school-155.pdf). \
ii. Admission Qualification for Under-Graduates:\
Household Registration shall be in the 8 stated provinces of Mainland China, Beijing, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Fujian, Guangdong, Hubei, Liaoning and applicants shall entered the Higher Examination of Mainland China with verified transcript.\

[2. Why I do not see the course(s) that I keen on?](javascript:void(0))
Because the quota and the courses open for offer are reconsidered and decided annually. So, please check on the lasted List of Offer by log in to [University Entrance Committee of Mainland Chinese Students](http://rusen.stust.edu.tw/cpx/index.html) before application.
