# Dutch B1/B2

## Result

In this advanced course, participants will extend their knowledge of Dutch, going from CEF-level B1 to B1/ B2.  Participants receive a certificate if the course portfolio is evaluated positively and after 80% attendance.

## Content

On your way from B1 to B1B2, you will use the first 8 themes from the online learning platform Link+ Dutch B1-B2 to improve your language proficiency. **The course consists of one lesson every 2 weeks and lasts 2 quartiles.**

During the lessons, you will work on your oral language skills under the guidance of your teacher. You can also ask your teacher questions about the self-study programme and about language issues that you encounter in every-day life.

You will be evaluated based on a portfolio, which you have to complete by the end of the course. The portfolio consists of listening and reading tests, speaking and writing assignments and a spoken exam in the final lesson. If the result is satisfactory, you will be able to enrol in the B2 course.

## Duration and time investment

Attendance at every lesson is essential. The course consists of 10 lessons of two hours that will be on campus **and lasts 2 quartiles**.

Please take into account the fact that the course will involve approx. 2 hours of homework including a pratical assignment, in addition to the lesson.

  This is a NON-REFUNDABLE AND NOT TRANSFERABLE administration fee, payable at registration. \
  Faculties will pay the full course fee for you. \
  **2. UT-employees: €584,-.**\
  Faculties and Service departments will pay for you.\
  You need permission from your head of department.\
  **3. Partners of UT-employees: €584,-.**\
  **4. Non-UT participants: €759,20**\
  Partners and non-UT participants can use internet payment to pay the course fee.
