The University of Twente is a research university with the focus on technological innovations and their impact on people and society.
This is reflected in our bachelor's and master's programmes that are administered by our five faculties:
- Engineering Technology (ET)
- Electrical Engineering, Mathematics & Computer Science (EWI)
- Science and Technology (TNW)
- Behavioural, Management & Social Sciences (BMS)
- Geo-Information Science & Earth Observation (ITC)
In addition to programmes within the above faculties, UT offers Pre-University, Lifelong Learning programmes and Twente Graduate School for doctoral programmes (PhD and EngD).
Study advice and student counselling
Study advising and student counselling are essential for the quality of our education. Every programme has appointed dedicated study advisers to support our students. can give educational guidance and also more personal guidance. In addition, there is also a university-wide Student Coaching and Counselling Service which focuses on the development of personal, study-related or career skills.
