**For PDEng alumni:** If you want to obtain documentation about the name change, you can either a) [download an explanation document](https://www.utwente.nl/en/education/tgs/sai-download-alumni.pdf) or b) request a diploma supplement (including a statement mentioning you) by emailing the EngD coordinator ([engd@utwente.nl](mailto:engd@utwente.nl)). Please make sure to provide your full name, defence date and the mailing address where we should post the documents.
