The Asian American Pacific Islander (AA&PI) community encompasses students that identify as Asian American, Pacific Islander, North African, South Asian, and Southwest Asian. It is unfortunately very common for students that hold these identities to be generalized to a monolith identity. The AA&PI community possesses different customs, traditions and experiences that positively influence the workplace and academic settings. Berkeley Career Engagement is here to support AA&PI-identifying students in their career exploration and application efforts as they seek employment and graduate/professional school education.
