## Community Powers

The Latinx community is one of the fastest growing populations in the United States according to a [Pew Research Center](https://www.pewresearch.org/science/2022/06/14/a-brief-statistical-portrait-of-u-s-hispanics/) report. Throughout history, Latinx individuals have experienced systemic exclusion, bias and discrimination. Community and respect are values that are held intrinsically and have been modeled in interactions within academia and workplaces.
