## Assistance Form

The [Basic Needs Center Assistance Form](https://tinyurl.com/bncassistance) is an entry point for students to request support in the following areas:

1. Emergency housing assistance
2. Emergency financial assistance
3. Housing security deposit assistance
4. CalFresh assistance

Our [assistance form](https://tinyurl.com/bncassistance) is prioritized for students with complex and urgent needs. Our goal is to provide short term relief to stabilize students experiencing urgent basic needs insecurities. While support is limited and may not meet every ongoing need, we aim to reduce immediate barriers and connect students with our internal emergency relief programs.

## Eligible Students

All enrolled students including grad, undergrad, international, and undocumented students may submit this form. Unfortunately staff, faculty, and visiting scholars are ineligible to receive emergency housing or financial support.

Our assistance form is prioritized for students with complex and urgent needs. ## Process & Timeline

Response times will differ depending on the urgency of your need. We must prioritize students who are unhoused or will be unhoused within 72 hours. Students with other needs can expect a response within 7-10 week days.
