About

This hybrid session was offered as a space for dialogue and building solidarity around trans justice in the current moment. The session will feature a panel of content experts who will share theoretical, political, personal and legal analysis related to trans experiences on our campus and in our communities, contextualizing them within broader work for belonging, social justice, and liberation. Panelists will explore what it means to “meet the moment” for trans justice today, how to safeguard the work on trans topics and activism amid backlash, and concrete actions on how to support in material and sustainable ways. After the panel conversation and Q&A, watch party attendees were invited to participate in collaborative dialogue and strategy sharing toward collective care and action in our classrooms, workplaces, and beyond.
