# Box Collaborator Reports are now Being Distributed Monthly

On Thursday April 21, as part of the new Box lifecycle strategy and [Service Level Agreement](https://berkeley.service-now.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0010125&sys_kb_id=4d6421e21bd76410d1d132af034bcbc1&spa=1), the bConnected Team will be deploying a new tool for UC Berkeley’s Box customers called Collaborator Reports. The reports will be distributed monthly moving forward. These reports: 

- inform you of any collaborative content you are able to access that is owned by an expired Box account (someone who is no longer associated with UC Berkeley).
- include the future date on which you will lose access to the content shared with you from that expired account.
- provide steps you can take to retain access to the content if it is still needed.

Because the lifecycle strategy is new, no content will be disabled until September 15, 2022 at the earliest, and no content will be deleted until March 15, 2023 at the earliest.

The reports will be shared directly with your Box account, and you will receive an email when your report has been shared with you. They will be regenerated monthly for your convenience, and you will be notified each time a new report is created.
