What is a video interview?

Video interviews are now a standard part of the recruitment process and are widely used across most industries. Familiarising yourself with the technology and understanding the types of questions you might encounter can significantly boost your confidence and help you respond more effectively. 

Prepare for a video interview by thinking about the questions you may be asked and brainstorming your responses. You can usually predict the questions by reading through the position description and highlighting the key skills required for the role. Conducting a Google search for common interview questions can also be beneficial.
