### Each emergency call should contain the following information:

1. **Where?** Exact location: building, floor, room
2. **What?** For example is it a fire, accident, a person is hurt, etc.
3. **How many** persons are hurt or affected?
4. **What type**of injury or illness can you describe?
5. **Who** is present or making the call?
6. **Wai**t for questions from the operator before hanging up!
