# Ideas and Networks for Teaching

University teaching lives from exchange and is a prerequisite for ensuring excellent teaching. The university promotes this exchange and the formation of corresponding networks, whether informally as part of themed workshops or through specific (funded) projects for the further development of studying and teaching. Lecturers develop new ideas for successful university teaching together, can be inspired by the initiatives of others or receive help or critical feedback for their own projects.
