The University of Bonn offers over 200 full and partial degree programs in all manner of different subjects. Besides bachelor’s and master’s programs, students can also choose degrees in theologies and degree programs culminating in the state examination. The various combination models available for bachelor’s degree programs give students extensive options for their own subject specialisms, while the nuanced selection of master’s degree programs offers an excellent opportunity for in-depth academic study and specialization.

The University is well-known for its research-focused degree programs, which open students’ eyes to the world beyond pure academia and both support and challenge them. Bonn Study Support Program “Be strong!”

“Be strong!”, the first structured study support program to be offered at the University of Bonn, launches in winter semester 2025/26. The “Be strong!” program is highly diverse, covers all phases of a degree program and will help you to find your way around your studies, acquire and consolidate specialist and methodological skills, and build up your own personal resources.
