Assessment and Promotion Residents The PGME Committee has approved the Resident Assessment Policy. Resident Assessment Policy Resident Promotion Policy IMG Bi-Annual Performance Evaluations - as per the agreement between the Office of PGME and the Saudi Arabian Cultural Bureau, the following performance evaluations must be completed every six months for all trainees sponsored by the Saudi Arabian Cultural Bureau. Deadlines are July 31st (evaluation for January 1 - June 30) and January 31st (evaluation for July 1 - December 31). Division of Medicine Form - to be submitted by Saudi trainees registered in non-surgical training programs.
