Resilient by Design: A Mindfulness-based Wellness Course
An introduction to Mindfulness that will cover topics such as: what is mindfulness meditation? Mindfulness of breath and body, mindfulness of thoughts, beliefs and emotions, wise heart and everyday mindfulness.
Available in-person and online (Zoom) weekly on Tuesday evenings for 6 weeks.\
Date: April 7 - May 12, 2026\ Time: 6:30 - 8:00 pm MST\ Location: 3280 Hospital Dr, NW - Cal Wenzel Precision Bldg, Room W21C or\ a Zoom link will be sent to registered participants the week prior to the start of the course
Cost: $52.50, students and residents $26.25
