## 2016 Full Accreditation Review
The previous full accreditation review of the CSM UME program occurred in February/March 2016. The following Elements were identified as either “Unsatisfactory” or “Satisfactory with Monitoring”:

#### Unsatisfactory
- 1.4 – Affiliation agreements
- 3.3 – Diversity/pipeline programs and partnerships
- 12.5 – Non-involvement of providers of student health services in student assessment/location of student health records
#### Satisfactory with Monitoring
- 3.2 - Community of Scholars / Research Opportunities
- 3.6 - Student mistreatment
- 6.3 - Self-directed and life-long learning
- 9.4 - Assessment system
- 9.7 – Timely formative assessment and feedback
- 11.1 - Career Advising
- 12.1 – Financial aid/debt management counseling/student educational debt
Following routine status reports on the Elements, the CSM has achieved a “Satisfactory” rating for all Elements except 9.7. Work continues to address the deficiencies identified.
