The O'Brien Institute for Public Health is a research institute that champions research to promote population health and high-quality sustainable health care for all.
MDCH Awards - Application Forms
First Author Award
This award has been created in recognition of successful peer-reviewed research articles by MDCH graduate students. Students may receive up to one (1) award per calendar year. Award value is $250.

Travel Award
Registered students within the MDCH graduate program are eligible to receive one (1) travel award during their time in the program to a maximum of $1,500. Preference will be given to students presenting an abstract, poster or other oral presentation at the conference.
MDCH - Other Funding Opportunities
MDCH Graduate Student Support
MDCH has some program funding available that will be allocated to students each year. The awards will take into consideration the student's grade point average (GPA), research achievements, progress in program, and the entire amount of financial support received. No action is required from students.
S P Cran and Family Graduate Scholarship
This award recognizes the challenges faced by students when combining graduate study with professional life. The program will consider students in any year in the CRDS specialization when selecting a nominee.
