# TTI On-Campus Graduate Internship

**TTI On-Campus Graduate Internship** provides a unique opportunity for current graduate students to strengthen and expand their professional and transferable skills by working alongside experienced UCalgary faculty, staff and partners. Through a combination of mentoring and participation in meaningful projects and tasks, interns will contribute to the day-to-day operations of the university while expanding their professional network and career exploration.
## Internship (position) eligibility
To qualify for a TTI On-Campus opportunity, an internship must:
- Be part-time and skills-based
- Be a non-academic, short-term project with UCalgary staff or faculty
- Be $26/hour
- Be a minimum of 100 hours up to 209 hours
- Be a minimum of 5 weeks up to 8 months
- Not be tied to research/grant funding/Mitacs
- Not contribute to a student’s thesis or capstone project

## Student (intern) eligibility
To participate in a TTI On-Campus internship, students must:
- Be a registered UCalgary graduate student in good standing
- Be a part-time or full-time student for the duration of the internship
- Be International, Permanent Resident, or Domestic
- Be at least one semester complete
- Have approval from their grad supervisor/program
- Not have a required internship/co-op/practicum in their academic program
- Not have completed a TTI On-Campus previously or accepted a TTI On-Campus internship already
Students currently receiving scholarship funding must contact the Graduate Scholarship Office at [gsaward@ucalgary.ca](mailto:gsaward@ucalgary.ca) to discuss whether participating in a TTI On-Campus Graduate Internship will impact current scholarships.
