External-to-Haskayne Event Space Booking Requests
If you are not a Haskayne Faculty or Staff member
University of Calgary (UCalgary) groups external to the Haskayne School of Businesswho wish to inquire about the use of the Mathison Hall Event Centre may submit a booking request by clicking on the form below.
The Mathison Hall Event Centre (MTH 306 A&B) is managed by the Haskayne School of Business and is primarily reserved for Haskayne programs and events. Availability for non-Haskayne events is limited. If you are seeking on-campus event space, we encourage you to contactUniversity of Calgary Accommodation & Events (UCAE) Services, which may better meet your needs.
If you wish to enquire about space availability, please submit a booking request via the link below. Kindly note that:
- Not all requests will be approved.
- Bookings cannot be confirmed more than 45 days prior to the event date.
Haskayne does not accept booking requests for groups that are external to the University of Calgary. If you are interested in hosting an event at the University, please contact UCAE at: meateatsleep@ucalgary.ca.
