## Am I eligible to participate?

You are **eligible** to participate in this ceremony and workshop if:

- You are a University of Calgary undergraduate engineering student

**AND**

- You completed your undergraduate degree requirements during the Fall 2025

**OR**

- You are on track for completion of your degree requirements by the end of Winter 2026

You are **ineligible** to participate in this ceremony and workshop if:

- You are a graduate student
- You have completed a masters program
- You completed an engineering undergraduate degree from a non-Canadian institution
- You do not met all of the eligibility criteria

## APEGA Ethics Workshop and Camp 18 Iron Ring Ceremony

The Camp 18 Iron Ring Fall Obligation Ceremony will take place on Sunday, March 22, 2026, at the Grey Eagle Event Centre.

## Iron Ring Ceremony presented by Camp 18

The next Iron Ring Ceremony is scheduled for**Sunday, March 22, 2026**. Your ring should be sized to the little finger of your working hand. Rings can be sized at the Engineering Student Centre (Room ENC 205).

By registering for the Iron Ring Ceremony you are giving permission for your name, UCID and email address to be provided to Camp 18 to be used to arrange details for the ceremony.

#### IMPORTANT NOTICE

- Students who wish to wear the Iron Ring must attend the Ceremony.
- Students can invite Guests for a nominal charge; you must book the number of guest spots you need when you register.
- Register your guest ring presenters and provide their names.  They must be registered as a P. Eng or be retired; and must be wearing their ring that day.  They count as one guest.

## APEGA Graduating Students' Ethics Workshop \*VIRTUAL\*

The next APEGA Graduating Students' Ethics Workshop is scheduled for **Saturday, March 28**.

By registering for the APEGA Graduating Students' Ethics Workshop you are giving permission for your name, UCID and email address to be provided to APEGA to be used to arrange details for the virtual workshop.

#### IMPORTANT NOTICE

- All eligible students must register and attend virtually the APEGA workshop to receive their code for discount registration rate for Engineer in Training (EIT) membership.
- Students must attend at least 90 minutes consecutively to receive their discount code.
- Students must register for the live event to be able to access the on-demand playback. If a student does not register or cancels their registration, they will not be eligible to watch the on-demand broadcast or to receive a member-in-training application discount code.
