### Welcome to Booking Services

We have facilities including classrooms, meeting rooms, lecture theatres and open areas with natural light. They're suitable for hosting conferences, symposiums, sit-down dinners, cocktail receptions, corporate events, or holiday parties. Not all spaces may be available at all times, but tell us what you're looking for, and we'll happily work with you!

There are 33 classrooms, 7 Theatres, 2 Atriums, and 2 Open Area Malls

Classrooms and Theatres are equipped with a computer, projector, screen, whiteboard(s) and \*phone jack.

Other areas can be equipped with suitable AV equipment depending on your needs.  Please consult with AV Services.

**\*Equipment for the rooms (Remote Control & Phones) must be booked through, and picked up at, AV Services.**

Conference and Event Management at the University of Calgary strives to provide exceptional facilities, catering and event services to the University of Calgary campus community and external groups and organizations.

2. Room Booking Policy

   **Users are responsible to ensure areas are clean at the conclusion of the booking.  Those who leave the space in an unclean state may face loss of booking privileges as well as a charge  to cover cleaning costs.  Garbage and recycling  must be disposed of in the proper containers; all decor, catering apparatus or additional materials brought on site by the client or their representatives must be removed at the conclusion of the event.**
