Duration of Bookings
Based on the University-wide principle that 10 minutes are required between any two consecutive class room bookings to allow events to start on time. \ Therefore all bookings end 10 minutes before the hour or 10 minutes before the half hour. All time slots will be either 20, 50, 80 110 (etc.) minutes in duration (e.g. events booked to start at 9:00 am that occupy a one hour room booking block must end at 9:50 am to allow exchange of occupancy of the room). \ What this means is, you must be walking out the door on time, not starting to wrap up.
PLEASE NOTE: you are not able to book your room online, you are only able to submit your request so we may book it on your behalf.

To book a theatre/room/space for a meeting, seminar, journal club, thesis defense and any other booking that is not course related. Subject to availability.
