# Paying your fees

Make sure to pay your fees by the fee payment deadline to avoid late fees.

### Payment Options

You can apply funds to your student fees using:

1. Online Banking from a Canadian Bank Account
2. International Funds Transfer with CIBC Student Pay or Convera (Global Pay)
3. Credit Payment with CIBC Student Pay or Convera (Global Pay)

### Third Party Sponsorship

If a third party agent is paying your fees, (eg. a government sponsorship program) submit a sponsorship letter to student receivables.

Excess funds will be returned to the sponsor. Money for books, off-campus housing etc. should be sent directly to the student's bank account.

### Pay in installments

If you are receiving funding from the university that is greater than your tuition and general fees, you may be eligible for a payment plan to pay in installments. Apply before the fee payment deadline.

### Proof of Payment

You can print a payment receipt from your Student Centre under “My Financials” then "Receipts".
