## Join us for the 2024 CSM's gift card - grocery edition survivor!

**Entry details:**

- $10.00 cash donation &
- $10.00 gift card from your favorite grocery store, or if you're short on time, you can drop off $20.00
- *Don’t forget to add your email address on your gift card or cash — this helps me update you on all the exciting draw details and the lucky winners!*

**Prize breakdown:**

- 1st place – 60% of gift cards
- 2nd place – 30% of gift cards
- 3rd place – 10% of gift cards

**Drop-off dates:**

Bring your entries between **Monday, Nov 4 - Monday, Nov 18 before 11 a.m**. You can find me on the **7th floor of Cal Wenzel Precision Health**, where I’ll be around on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. If those days don’t fit your schedule, just email Alyssa (Alyssa.ly@ucalgary.ca), and we’ll work something out!

**The big draw**

Mark your calendars! **We’ll draw the winners at 12:30 p.m. in the HRIC Atrium on Mon. Nov 18**. And to crank up the excitement, we’ll host a live draw! Feeling lucky? If you get eliminated, you can re-join the fun with an additional donation of $5.00 per elimination (up to 3x per entry) until we reach the final 4 names— then the chance to rejoin will come to a close!
