Welcome to Qatar University! Your journey at Qatar University starts now. QU warmly congratulates you on beginning your academic journey for the year 2025/2026 and wishes you all the best and success. In line with the University’s commitment to providing a supportive environment for new students and first-year students, the Hayyakom Event was launched to help you smoothly integrate into university life and ease your first steps by offering the opportunity to connect with various support units and university services, learn about available resources and important policies, as well as explore strategies for adapting to life at Qatar University.

Hayyakom brings together all essential services and key resources that students need at the beginning of their university journey. Throughout the event days, students will interact with academic advisors, service providers, and peers in an engaging atmosphere filled with workshops and activities specifically designed to meet their needs.
