The Qatar University Testing Center (QUTC) is responsible for receiving, verifying, and entering the results of international competence tests into the University information system (BANNER). This allows new and existing students to register for courses that require test scores.

New applicants should send test scores to QU ONLY after:

- Completing the QU application process.
- Receiving the QU application number via email.
- Ensuring all information is correct to avoid delays in processing test scores.\

### Submission Instructions for Competency Test Scores

QU students and applicants must submit the competency test scores as follows:\

| **IELTS** | Upload clear PDF copies of your IELTS Test Report Form (TRF), Qatar ID (if available), and Passport. | N/A | Only scores received before the deadline are processed. Accepted formats: paper-based IELTS Academic, computer-based IELTS Academic, and IELTS Academic UKVI. Upload via the provided [link](https://webapp.qu.edu.qa/forms/index.php/699197?newtest=Y&lang=en). |
| **TOEFL iBT** | Log in to your TOEFL iBT account and send scores through your account. | 8943 | Scores will be received electronically from ETS. Only scores received before the deadline are processed. |
| **ACT** | Log in to your ACT account and send scores through your account. | 5305 | Scores will be received electronically from ACT. It takes 5-7 working days to receive the ACT score. Only scores received before the deadline are processed. |
| **SAT** | Log in to your SAT College Board account and send scores through your account. | 5264 | Scores will be received electronically from the College Board. It takes 5-7 working days to receive the SAT score. Only scores received before the deadline are processed. |
| **GRE** | Log in to your GRE account and send scores through your account. | 7569 | Scores will be received electronically from ETS. Only scores received before the deadline are processed. |
| **GMAT** | Log in to your GMAT account at [www.mba.com](http://www.mba.com/) and send scores through your account, selecting Qatar University as the recipient institution. | N/A | Scores will be received electronically from GMAC. Only scores received before the deadline are processed. |

### Verifying the Scores

The verification process takes up to 3 working days from the date of receipt. Your test scores will be verified and added to BANNER.

### Very Important Notes

- Score reports submitted should be valid on the first day of the semester in which the application is made.
- Some applicants/students may be requested to provide original documents in person to verify the test scores.
- QU **does
  NOT** accept the following test scores:

- IELTS General Test
- IELTS Academic Online Test
- IELTS Academic One Skill Test
- ACT Math Subject Test

- Applicants/students **should
  NOT** send original ACT/SAT/IELTS/TOEFL/GRE/GMAT certificates/score reports to QU. If received, they will be added to the applicant/student file and will not be returned.
- Undergraduate applicants/students **should
  NOT** send IELTS score reports if the score is less than 5.5. These will be discarded.
- Forging any documents or information and submitting them to the University is considered an academic violation, which may result in final dismissal from the University. Please review the

- Testing Center reserves the right to verify any standardized test scores and retest students without providing reasons.
