At Qatar University, research is a cornerstone of innovation and progress. The Office of Research Support is committed to empowering our faculty and researchers by providing the guidance, tools, and resources needed to achieve excellence in research.

We serve as a key link between the university's research community and external funding agencies, offering support in identifying funding opportunities, preparing proposals, and managing grant applications. Through strong partnerships with industry, government, and international organizations, we help open doors to new funding streams and collaborative ventures.

Our office also manages the review, negotiation, and execution of research contracts and acts as the main liaison with external entities on all matters related to research administration. Internally, we coordinate with key university departments, including HR, finance, and ITS, to ensure smooth project implementation and strict compliance with institutional and sponsor policies.
