## We are committed to putting you first and giving excellent customer service. That’s why we promise to:

1. Deliver high-quality, accessible services that meet your needs.
2. Give you accurate and comprehensive information.
3. Ensure cleanliness, comfort and security.
4. provide accurate, timely and useful information to students in relation to their course of study, enrolment, policies, services and processes;
5. Provide fair, transparent and efficient complaints, grievances and appeals procedures;\*
6. Provide a clear statement of acceptable academic behavior by students;
7. Treat personal information confidentially and ensure it is only released with the student's consent or when legally required;
8. Expect that all staff as members of Qatar University require commitment to the ethical values of honesty, trust, fairness, respect and responsibility.

## And at the same time it is expected that students will:

1. respect all University staff, property and facilities;
2. Be aware of and follow Registrar office policies & Procedures.
3. Provide relevant documents and accurate information so we can help you.
4. Respect deadlines so the difficult issue of penalties can be avoided
5. Alert us to changes to your details.
