The Enrollment Management Department at Qatar University provides various services to undergraduate and graduate students, faculty, and staff. We are responsible for registration support and maintenance of all students’ records, as well as serving all faculty members and staff. Specifically, we are responsible for:\

- Class enrollment and registration
- Fee assessment
- Verifying registration and graduation
- Students’ withdrawals from courses & semesters & the university
- Transcripts & graduation statement
- Preservation and privacy of student records
- Schedule of Classes\
- Schedule of Final Exams
