# Monthly Salaries for QU Sponsorships and Scholarships

To be eligible for a monthly salary, Qatari students and students of similar status (such as Qatari Travel Document Holders, students with Qatari parents, or students married to Qataris) who got [QU sponsorship program](https://www.qu.edu.qa/en-us/students/admission/sponsorship-programs) and students who have [scholarships that include monthly salary benefit](https://www.qu.edu.qa/en-us/students/admission/scholarships) must upload the following documents through [the online application](https://www.qu.edu.qa/siteimages/static_file/qu/students/documents/steps-to-apply-online-financial-aid-application.pdf) on [Banner Self-Service](https://mybanner.qu.edu.qa/PROD/twbkwbis.P_GenMenu?name=homepage "Banner self-service").

Please ensure the following documents are submitted before the [specified deadline](https://www.qu.edu.qa/en-us/students/student-life/student-services/financial-aid) to start receiving the monthly salary:

1. A copy of the student's valid Qatari Identity Card (both sides) in a single PDF file.
2. A newly issued “To Whom It May Concern” letter from the bank, including the student's bank account number.
