Any Qatar University student who is dismissed from the institution for academic deficiency (undergraduate or graduate) may apply for an academic dismissal appeal and submit it to the competent committee; the appeal request shall be submitted to the Registration Department within 10 business days from the final grade official announcement.

A maximum of one regular semester extension (Fall or Spring) under Academic Probation is granted for successful appeals.

Online Application of Academic Dismissal Appeal

To apply, you may follow these steps:

1. Visit myBanner Self-Service System
2. Log in using your QU email username and password.
3. Click on the "Student Registration Support" tab.
4. Click on "Academic Dismissal Appeal".
5. Fill in the required fields and send the application.
