### Scholarships

For non-Qatari students, Qatar University provides a wide variety of scholarships each academic year in order to
attract highly qualified students. While the vast majority of scholarships are awarded on the basis of academic
merit and scholarly achievement, some are provided based on a consideration of applicants’ financial need.

Students are responsible to follow the process and timelines of the Scholarship applications as per QU
regulations. Scholarship applications are not linked to entrance applications, and therefore admission to the
College of Dental Medicine does not guarantee the success of the scholarship application. All decisions of
scholarship and financial aid are made by Scholarship Section of the QU Admissions Department.

### Sponsorships

Qatari students enrolled at the College of Dental Medicine at Qatar University are eligible for student
sponsorship from the Ministry of Administrative Development including a monthly salary. \
