Fulbright Scholars

The Fulbright Program aims to improve intercultural relations, cultural diplomacy, and intercultural competence between the American people of the United States and other countries through exchanging persons, knowledge, and skills. 

At the Centre for Law and Development, we introduce you to our Fulbright Association Specialist, Dr. Martin Geer. Dr. Martin is in Qatar University College of Law at Qatar University from the USA, working with our Centre to review and maximize the potential of the CLD's Executive Legal Education program and Continuing Legal Education program
