All undergraduate applicants to Qatar University are required to apply to their intended college of study using the QU online admission application. Please click on “Start Application” on the right side to apply to Qatar University.

**Note:** The [QU online admission application](https://mybanner.qu.edu.qa/PROD/bwskalog.P_DispLoginNon "QU online admission application") allows you to complete your application or save your application to complete at a later time, review and submit your admissions application from the convenience of your personal computer with in the announced deadline.

**Admission applications are submitted through the online admission application as follows:**

1. Start by creating a new account with a username and password. Remember to keep your password in a safe place.
2. Start completing the
   [online admission application](https://mybanner.qu.edu.qa/PROD/bwskalog.P_DispLoginNon)
   in full. You may also save it and complete it later.
3. Upload a digital copy of your passport-size photo and a valid Qatar ID card (and a copy of the passport for non-Qataris) through the
   [online admission application](https://www.qu.edu.qa/en-us/students/admission/undergraduate/apply "online admission application")
   before the
   [admission deadline](https://www.qu.edu.qa/en-us/students/admission/undergraduate/application-timeline "admission deadline")
   .
4. Pay the application fee (QR 200) through the online admission application.
   - The fee is paid electronically and is non-refundable.
   - The admission application will not be considered complete and will not be reviewed for admission decisions until the application fee is paid.

5. After completing the online admission application, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your application at the email address you provided within a maximum of 10 working days.

Application Instruction Guide (PDF) will guide you through the online admissions application and answer any questions you may have regarding the online application process.

**Students must submit other required documents based on the type of application. Please refer to the following link to view the list of

**International students who wish to join Qatar University to study for a bachelor’s degree must follow the steps below:**

- Submit an attested true copy of the high school transcript (non-refundable) and the required documents to Qatar University during the
  [application period for international students](https://www.qu.edu.qa/en-us/students/international-students/important-dates "application period for international students")
  to the address listed below.

  **The student must submit the original documents upon acceptance to the University.**
- If you are an international student, please visit the

  [Student Visa page](https://www.qu.edu.qa/en-us/students/international-students/students-visa/prospective-students "Student Visa page")

  and the

  [Scholarships page](https://www.qu.edu.qa/en-us/students/international-students/scholarships "Scholarships page")

  for full details on applying for a student visa and applying for scholarships.

**Note:**
The admission application of an international student will not be considered if the required admission documents and either the student visa application
**OR**
the scholarship application are not submitted.

**Required documents must be submitted to the Admissions Department before the application deadline at:**

- Student Affairs Building (I11), First Floor
- Male students: Hall (C204)
- Female students: Hall (C250)
- Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Applicants can review the [status of their application](https://qusis.qu.edu.qa/sisapx/f?p=186:101 "status of their application") to ensure that the admissions application is complete and that all required documents have been submitted by the
[application deadline](https://www.qu.edu.qa/en-us/students/admission/undergraduate/application-timeline "application deadline"). Undergraduate applicants can use this feature to:

- Review a listing of required materials received by the Admissions Department
- Track all requirements which remain outstanding and must still be submitted
- Receive online notification of the admission decision
