### Vision

The Centre seeks to be the benchmark of success as the GCC’s leading institution for innovative interdisciplinary legal academic and professional research and development activities across academia and industry.

### Mission

The Centre for Law and Development conducts legal research addressing high priority national and regional challenges.  These include delivering excellence in topical legal research related to the four Pillars of the Qatar National Vision 2020. The Centre advances knowledge on important cutting-edge legal issues, and delivers high impact research outcomes that contribute to the needs and aspirations of society.\
