Access to the Campus by Visitors
Access to the Campus by Visitors
When entering the university campus, please observe the following rules.
Prohibited Activities
- Entering buildings, classrooms, or other facilities without an official purpose
- Hosting events with spectators
- Capturing images or videos for publication or online sharing1
- Distributing flyers, organizing gatherings or speeches, and solicitation
- Obstructing pedestrian or vehicular movement on campus2
- Entering restricted areas
- Using fire, like starting a bonfire or having a BBQ
- Smoking, including the use of heated tobacco products
- Illegal dumping of waste
- Damaging or defacing university facilities or equipment
- Breaking the rules—whether it's campus policies or actual laws
- Messing with the calm vibe on campus or interrupting classes and research
Important Notes
- Please follow the instructions of university faculty members, staff, and security personnel at all times.
- The university accepts no responsibility for any incidents or accidents that may occur on or around the campus.
Additional Information
- Security cameras are installed on campus to maintain safety and security.
1 Photography or streaming conducted solely for personal, non-commercial purposes intended for private sharing is generally permitted. However, under no circumstances are actions allowed that infringe on anyone's privacy or personal rights. (For example, commemorative photography by parents, prospective students, or other event participants are permitted. Please take care to avoid capturing other individuals in the background.)
2 Examples include parking or leaving bicycles in unauthorized areas, which are strictly prohibited.
