Online Admissions Counseling
- Admissions officers or professors will answer your questions directly.
- This counseling is primarily intended for undergraduate programs.
- Each session lasts up to 30 minutes.
- Inquiries about application requirements, timelines, and procedures described in the application guidelines cannot be handled via online counseling. Instead, please contact us via email: ac.intl#@#un.tsukuba.ac.jp (Please replace #@# with @when sending your email.) \ Please be sure to review the application guidelines before making any inquiries.
Important Notes:\ -Recording of counseling sessions is strictly prohibited.\ -If you do not join the session within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time, your appointment will be canceled.\ -We do not accept counseling reservations from applicants who have applied for admission to the 2026 intake.\ For inquiries from applicants, please use the email address provided above.
How to Make an Appointment
Please make an appointment through the booking website at the bottom of this webpage.
STEP 1: Choose the date and time to make an appointment.\ *Please select your Time Zone first when accessing from outside Japan.
STEP 2: Fill out the form and click “Book”.
STEP 3: Then you will receive the Zoom meeting link via email!
