### Certificate Program in Sustainable Development Within Planetary Constraints
Successfully meeting the global climate challenge requires the full participation and ownership of emerging and developing economies as well as a strengthening of their capacity to prepare for and respond to climate change. The Emerging Policymakers Program is a fully-funded, 3-month executive training course on sustainable development and climate policy aimed at building capacity of early-career rising star government officials of emerging and developing economies from ministries involved with infrastructure and climate policy, notably the Ministry of Finance. - _getBatchClickTimes('null',1813287908,'wbnews','u8') function seeContenta8(contentid,size,displayid){ document.getElementById(contentid).innerHTML = '['; for(var i=0;i<=size;i++){ var allcontentid = contentid+(i+1); if(allcontentid==displayid){ document.getElementById(contentid).innerHTML += " "+(i+1)+" "; document.getElementById(displayid).style.display = 'block'; }else{ document.getElementById(contentid).innerHTML += " "+(i+1)+" "; document.getElementById(allcontentid).style.display = 'none'; } } document.getElementById(contentid).innerHTML += ']';} _addDynClicks('wbnews',1813287908,1189)
