2025年12月29日晚，清华MBA科技创新管理俱乐部【科创读书会】第十五期分享活动通过线上举办的形式顺利举行。本期活动聚焦曲冠楠、陈劲所著《有意义的创新》一书，特别邀请作者之一、北京理工大学特别研究员曲冠楠老师担任领读嘉宾，吸引了一千余名清华师生校友在线参与。

《有意义的创新》首次突破传统创新理论局限，融合哲学、心理学、社会学等多学科视角，构建了从理论内涵到国家战略关联的完整体系，为企业实现从跟跑到引领的转型提供了可操作方法。该书强调，创新不仅需具备技术可行性和市场需求，更要兼具社会价值、战略价值与未来意义。

分享中，曲冠楠老师围绕中国式现代化需求与企业实践启示展开解读。他指出，传统增长模式难以支撑高质量发展，共同富裕、绿色发展等目标呼唤新的创新动力，而有意义的创新正是关键路径。格力光伏空调、特斯拉电动汽车等案例表明，伟大企业通过“意义驱动”实现从0到1的创新，其核心驱动力是对“为何创新”的深层回答，而非单纯依赖市场或技术。

在理论阐释环节，曲冠楠老师梳理了创新范式的演进历程，对比熊彼特范式与后熊彼特范式的核心差异，指出后熊彼特范式将创新动因从技术逻辑拓展至意义逻辑。他强调，现有理论将经济动机与社会价值割裂，而意义创新通过重构企业与社会关系，使外部性内生化，实现商业利益与社会福利双赢。

关于创新的方法与过程，曲冠楠老师介绍，有意义的创新以跨学科理论为基础，包含内部意义与外部意义两大维度，通过意义识别、转化、应用及验证机制逐步落地。其核心结论显示，以知识管理能力为核心，结合社会价值与用户价值的意义驱动路径，是企业获得高绩效的关键；而知识管理能力缺失则是创新绩效低下的核心原因。

据悉，该书提出的理论作为中国原创成果，已发表于国际SCI顶刊，获国际学界认可，曲冠楠老师还将受邀在2026年国际熊彼特年会作主旨演讲。互动环节中，曲冠楠老师就理论落地给出建议，强调需由企业最高层主导，通过定期战略务虚会推进，同时优先评估技术可行性以降低资源门槛。
