TUSTEM Leaders Recruitment for Spring 2026
[What is TUSTEM]\ Tohoku University has a lot of excellent STEM students, such as winners\ of the Science Olympics, from across the globe! However, interactions\ among the STEM students are unfortunately not active due to a heavy load\
| Requirements for TUSTEM leader | No specific skill is required to become a TUSTEM leaer. However, you must have a motivation to enhance internationalization at Tohoku University, and show a commitment and responsibility for the leader's job. For example, attending meetings and events and promptly responding to any messages request your response. |

A TUSTEM leader will be hired as an Administrative Assistant (AA) of Tohoku University and may be paid by the university when you assist a university's event as a TUSTEM leader.
Here are the employment conditions as an AA.
| Employment Duration | Apr. 1 - Sep. 30, 2026 (The employment contract would be renewed every semester if necessary.) |
| Hourly wage | 1160 - 1360 yen/hour (according to your academic year) as of Jan. 2026 |
