The Welcome Week offers new international students workshops that provide important information on daily life in Sendai, minimum necessary language skills, and opportunities to make new friends!

| Registration  Deadline | Please apply using the QR code on the poster or the application form at the following URL. [https://forms.gle/k5J4CDWd1pWtjBQ17](https://airtable.com/appNxmtEWq60rNj4G/pagXBzKl8ptxadMMr/form)  Deadline: September 23rd (Tue.)  In the event of numerous applications, priority will be given to research students and graduate students. |
| Capacity | Session: 50 participants, Campus tour: 30 participants ,Library Guidance: 30 participants  Students from IPLA, COLABS, JYPE, DEEP, and FGL will have a separate Kawauchi Campus Tour, so they cannot apply for the “Kawauchi Campus Tour.” |
