As soon as you book your return flight Return Flight Information / 帰国報告 (JYPE/IPLA/COLABS/DEEP)
Within 2 weeks after you arrive your destination Confirmation of Return and Health Status (JYPE/IPLA/COLABS/DEEP)
As needed Certificate Request Form / 証明書発行願 *To prepare for the issuance of end-of-term academic transcripts, it will be closed from March 4-25/September 4-25.
When you leave Japan temporarily Temporary Leave Form / 一時離日届
Passing Students Only if applicable Academic Accommodations Request Form / 合理的配慮申請
