We also work with partners to co-design programs that align with where your sector is heading, producing graduates who can think critically about the challenges you’re facing (not just meet job descriptions that might not exist in three years). This includes shorter, agile ‘sprint’ projects where we bring our staff, partners and students to work on live problems.

One of our current projects examines how people think about and engage with AI: augmentation versus automation. We’ve tested our ideas with students in live classroom projects, observing how their thinking and approach to work changed as their AI capability and engagement developed. Our iterative testing informs the work we do with local and international organisations on AI adoption.
