Our recent investments in [facilities and infrastructure](https://www.mq.edu.au/about/locations/campus) enable our students and staff to thrive in an environment that is inspiring and switched on to the latest digital technologies.

Making use of sports facilities is a great way to blow off some steam and keep active while you work or study. Our [Sport and Aquatic Centre](https://sport.mq.edu.au/sport) features swimming pools, a state-of-the-art health club, squash and basketball courts, and a martial arts area.

Macquarie is one of the easiest universities to get to by [public transport](https://www.mq.edu.au/about/locations/getting-to). Transport options include an on-campus train station, regular buses and more than [4000 car spaces on campus](https://www.mq.edu.au/about/locations/parking).
