For organisations committed to the provision of high-quality early education and care, the Macquarie University Early Childhood Education Research Centre provides opportunities to engage in impactful research collaborations.

The Macquarie University Early Childhood Education Research Centre brings together a critical mass of early childhood education researchers from Macquarie University who work together with the early childhood community to co-design and conduct innovative, impactful research. Our research enhances the learning and wellbeing of children, families, educators and communities.

Our aims

• Undertake impactful research about individualised early childhood pedagogies.
• Develop new knowledge to enhance the learning and wellbeing of children aged birth to eight.
• Assist educators to increase capabilities, resilience and support family and partnerships.
• Develop innovative solutions to strengthen the provision of early childhood education.
