- 住宿申請須知請參考附件1(中文版)及附件2(英文版)。
- Please refer to Attachment 1 (Chinese version) and Attachment 2 (English version) for the application guidelines.
- **線上申請時間：114年11月10日（一）上午9時至114年11月24日（一）下午5時止，逾期不候。(臺灣時間, UTC+8)**
- **Online Application Period: 9:00 am on November 10 (Mon.), 2025 – 5:00 pm on November 24 (Mon.), 2025. Late applications will not be accepted. (Taiwan Time, UTC+8)**
- 114學年度第2學期住宿期間：115年2月9日（一）至115年6月15日（一）。
- Housing period for Spring Semester, 2026: February 9 (Mon.), 2026 - June 15 (Mon.), 2026

- Please visit [the NCCU-iHouse website](https://ihouse.nccu.edu.tw/) to view photos of NCCU-iHouse.
- 申請人資格：本校交換生、短期研修生(含華語文中心)、訪問生、學位生。
- Application Qualification：NCCU Students (including exchange students, visiting students, degree-seeking students and short-term research students)
- 申請方式：
- How to Apply
  - 本學期已有學號之學生請自行以學號上網申請，操作方式請參考**附件3**。
  - Students who have already got their student ID number, including both degree and exchange students, must complete the application on NCCU-iHouse website. Please refer to **Attachment 3** for detailed application instructions.
  - 114學年度第2學期入學新生請填寫[**此表單**](https://forms.gle/ruf2CLpaa2yyXNGY6)申請，申請流程亦可參考**附件3**。
  - New students enrolling in the spring semester of 2026 must complete [**this form**](https://forms.gle/ruf2CLpaa2yyXNGY6) to apply. You may also refer to **Attachment 3** for further process.
- 申請結果公告時間：114年12月5日（五），請至國合處及國際會館官網公告欄查詢。
- Please visit the OIC and the NCCU-iHouse website on December 5 (Fri.), 2025 for the application result.
- 重要事項
- Important Notice
  - 申請人若同時獲准入住校內宿舍及NCCU-iHouse，僅可擇一入住。
  - If applications for NCCU-iHouse and campus dorm are both approved, applicants can only choose one to stay.
  - NCCU-iHouse 保留調整住宿生床位以及於必要時檢查房間的權利，住宿生請務必配合。
  - NCCU-iHouse reserves the right to reassign residents to another room and conduct room inspections when necessary. Residents are required to comply with these arrangements.
