When you see the message "Registration Successful" along with your registration number on the screen, it means you have been placed on the confirmed list for the event. At this point, your registration status is marked as "Confirmed", and a confirmation email will also be sent to your registered email address.
However, depending on the event organizer's settings and the number of registrants, you may sometimes see messages such as "Full - Added to Waiting List" or "Added to Registration List", which means your status is currently "Registered/Waitlisted". You will need to wait for the event organizer to update your status to "Confirmed" for your spot to be secured.
Organizers usually notify those who move from "Registered/Waitlisted" to "Confirmed" via email. You can also check your registration status anytime by visiting the "My Events" page under "Registered".
